All Pro Welding, Fabricating & Mechanical was founded out of a strong sense of responsibility and determination. At 21 years old, with the impending birth of his son, Fernando, the company’s founder recognized the need to create greater financial stability for his growing family. At the time, he was employed at a local truck stop servicing semi-trucks when an opportunity presented itself that would change his career path.
After sharing his situation with his employer, he was offered the chance to take over the company’s road service work—provided he could secure his own service truck. Seizing the opportunity, he purchased a 1988 Chevy Silverado 3500 that very day, followed by a compressor the next, and immediately began servicing clients.
Over time, that initial truck evolved into a fully equipped mobile service unit specializing in general welding. Without formal advertising, the business grew organically through word-of-mouth, driven by a reputation for affordability, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.
Today, All Pro Welding, Fabricating & Mechanical proudly contributes to construction and industrial projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. The company remains committed to delivering exceptional service and extends sincere appreciation to all past, present, and future clients who have supported its continued growth.
To deliver precise welding solution powering sustainable industrial growth worldwide globally.
FERNANDO RODRIGUEZ BIOGRAPHY:
Fernando Rodriguez’s introduction to welding began at the age of 13 during a family trip to Mexico. While visiting, he informally attended classes alongside his older cousins, including a welding course that sparked his early interest in the trade. That same year, he was invited to participate in a summer welding program at Thomas Jefferson High School, further strengthening his enthusiasm.
During his time at Blake Middle School, Fernando was enrolled in the Tech Ed program, where he gained exposure to mechanical, structural, and engineering concepts—an experience he considers one of the most impactful of his academic career. The program provided hands-on learning opportunities, including visits to the then-new Blake High School construction site. There, he developed an appreciation for the construction industry, learning about emerging technologies, building systems such as elevators, and the fundamentals of steel piping and other skilled trades.
This early foundation opened the door for Fernando to pursue welding throughout his four years of high school under the guidance of instructor Jack Mills. After graduating, he continued working across multiple trades, consistently incorporating welding into his skill set until it became his full-time profession.
Today, Fernando takes great pride in his craft and is deeply passionate about his work. He views welding as a profession rooted in dedication, skill, and tradition—an essential and enduring part of the American workforce.
